Gloo Gateway docs win prestigious award

We’re excited to share that our docs team has won the Society for Technical Communication (STC) Carolina chapter’s highest honor – Award of Distinguished – for their Gloo Gateway product documentation.

The award states that the documents are “clearly superior in all areas. The entry contains no major flaws and few, if any, minor flaws. It applies the principles of technical communication in an outstanding way, particularly in the way that it anticipates and fulfills the needs of its audience.”

In particular, the evaluators praised the content as being technically precise, well-written, audience-centric, and visually-appealing.

“I was very pleased to see the judges recognize Solo’s Gloo Gateway product documentation as ‘well-designed and well-constructed information’ that is easy for our users to consume, to follow, and to copy to help them get their job done well,” says Art Berger, technical writer at Solo.io.

The STC is the world’s oldest and largest international professional society for technical writers, and this competition is one of the society’s long-standing recognition opportunities.
