Solo.io is looking to hire an inspiring and experienced Renewals Sales Manager to lead and manage account renewals process for our current customers. The key areas of focus include defining and driving renewal process, establishing best practices, managing pipeline stage, and accurately forecasting renewals. This role will report to the VP of Sales and work closely with Finance as well as our Sales Reps throughout our various territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work proactively, well in advance of product renewal date to provide all the information, pricing, etc that a customer would need in order to execute a timely renewal
  • Meet or exceed planned retention targets
  • Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecast
  • Work with the Customer Success organization to uncover accounts which may have retention risk and develop plans to mitigate it – as well as determine potential for growth of current customers
  • Recognize trends to help develop programs which maximize retention
  • High volume of customer contacts through phone and email prior to their renewal date to educate on renewal requirements
  • Update and manage your opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
  • Work with sales leadership on any pricing negotiations
  • Generate quotes for customers
  • Create/process orders and following up on orders until fully executed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related relevant areas
  • 5+ years renewals experience in High Tech preferably Software industry
  • Proven winner with a track record of consistent quota over-achievement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team (future growth)
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Outstanding ability to forecast, set goals & objectives and monitor sales activity
  • History of having worked cross functionally with marketing, customer care, sales operations, and finance to establish plans to achieve renewal targets within the region
